Demo Attendant

Our client, a Global Healthcare and Crop Science Innovation company, is seeking demo attendants from across Zambia to join their team. The demo attendants will be responsible for Planning and executing quality demos in the following locations: Solwezi, Kasempa, Lufwanyama, Luanshya, Mpongwe, Nakonde, Mpika, Mbala, Kasama, Mporokoso, Kawambwa, Choma, Kalomo, Monze, Petauke, Katete, Chipata, Lundazi, Lusaka, Kabwe, Serenje, Chibombo, Mumbwa, Kaoma, and Central Areas. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identification of demonstration sites and suitable demo host farmer - Responsible for establishment and quality management of demonstration plots. - Conduct effective localized farmer trainings on Bayer products and solutions - Participate in farmer field days, harvest days and agricultural show demos - Prudent management and utilization of the issued demonstration materials - Support in local community farmer mobilization. - A full grade 12 certificate - Certificate in general agriculture or crop husbandry. - Experience in agric demos or any related activity with farmers will be an added advantage. - Excellent time management skills - Attention to detail especially with numerical data - Excellent communication skills - Well organized and good planning slkils. - Proficient in local community languages in addition to English - **How to apply** - Interested candidates should submit their application before 30th July 2026.
