The Role: The role is hybrid 3 days in the office based out of Jersey City, NJ We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. This role is critical in developing and executing campaigns that drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support our revenue growth goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, content, product, and digital marketing to build a scalable demand generation engine. What you’ll be doing: - Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, ABM, content syndication, etc.) - Collaborate with sales to define target audiences and align lead generation strategies with pipeline goals - Manage and refine marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs - Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics such as MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI - Own and manage paid channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and display networks - Partner with content marketing to develop assets that support campaign goals - Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creative to improve performance - Ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) The qualifications you need: - 4-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing - Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) - Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights - Experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns - Excellent project management and communication skills - Familiarity with SEO and SEM, landing page optimization, and A/B testing - Self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation Benefits - Company stock options as part of your compensation package, giving you the opportunity to share in our company's success and build long-term financial growth. - A positive and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and sustainability. - Flexible/Unlimited PTO - Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, LTD, Life Insurance, etc.), retirement plans (401K). - Access to hundreds of gyms, studios, and wellness apps—all through one easy membership provided by your Wellhub. - Yearly Personal Development Budget - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing company.
