You'll be responsible for optimizing and scaling established channels, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring measurable growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute a lead generation strategy for B2B services - Manage and optimize multiple growth channels including: - Google Ads (PPC) - LinkedIn Marketing - Review Platforms (Clutch, G2, TrustPilot, etc.) - SEO (oversight and reporting, not execution) - Allocate and manage the monthly growth budget - Deliver a consistent number of MQLs and SQLs each month - Provide detailed reporting, tracking, and data-backed recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or business development for service-based companies - Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (PPC) and LinkedIn Marketing — required - Proven track record of managing and scaling multiple digital marketing channels - Experience with review platforms and familiarity with SEO - Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to make strategic decisions based on data - Demonstrated success in managing monthly budgets of $10k+ - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Nice to have: experience with HubSpot CRM BENEFITS - 18 Days PTO - Performance-based bonuses — frequent, and awarded when expectations are exceeded
