Job Description About the Role The Demand Generation Campaign Manager owns the end-to-end execution, orchestration, and optimization of integrated campaigns focused on generating, capturing, and converting net new demand and driving pipeline and bookings with Revenue partners. You operate as the central hub for your campaigns, responsible for synthesizing strategy into a cohesive multi-channel journey. You are accountable for measuring performance against funnel targets and championing a resilient, test-and-learn approach for continuous improvement. You bring judgment and autonomy to your role, making decisions within your campaign scope while contributing to how the broader function operates. What You'll Do End-to-End Campaign Execution Own the full execution lifecycle of assigned integrated campaigns, leveraging execution playbooks and standards set by the function. You manage timelines, dependencies, and quality across multiple workstreams and make tactical decisions to keep programs on track and aligned to objectives. Cross-Channel Orchestration Serve as the central hub for your campaigns, actively managing cross-functional dependencies and timelines to ensure programs launch on time. You coordinate and integrate the efforts of channel owners (Paid Media, Web, Lifecycle, Field) and Brand partners to create a single, cohesive customer journey. You hold teams accountable to SLAs and escalate blockers proactively. Brief Development & GTM Alignment Drive the creation of clear, comprehensive campaign briefs that detail objectives, targeting, messaging, and channel mix, ensuring full strategic alignment with PMM, Content, Brand, and Revenue teams. You synthesize feedback and make recommendations to refine strategy when data or stakeholder input suggests adjustments. Pipeline Accountability & Resiliency Own campaign performance management against funnel targets (leads, MQLs, IOs). When programs underperform, you proactively identify new tactics, iterate on existing ones, and champion a resilient, test-and-learn mindset to ensure we hit our goals. You take ownership of outcomes and adjust course as needed. Data Analysis & Iteration Rigorously measure campaign performance, communicate results to key stakeholders, and derive actionable insights that inform future optimization and budget allocation decisions. You build the measurement infrastructure for your campaigns and use data to make trade-off decisions. Stakeholder Activation & Revenue Alignment Act as the primary operational contact for Sales and SDR teams for your assigned campaigns. You ensure Sales teams are enabled with content and context, and you monitor adherence to internal SLAs and lead routing best practices to maximize the conversion and progression of your campaign-generated opportunities. You develop strong partnerships with Revenue leadership and provide them with the visibility and support they need to execute.
