Delivery Truck Driver

We are currently seeking a **Delivery Driver** to join our team in Attleboro, MA. ## Position Overview This role involves both **delivery driving** and **warehouse support** in a fast-paced environment. The position is physically demanding and requires regular lifting in a non-climate-controlled setting. ## Key Responsibilities - Deliver products to customers safely and on time, following all company and DOT regulations - Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and adhere to Driver Handbook policies - Load and unload materials, ensuring accuracy and inspecting for damage - Receive and stock incoming products - Assist with warehouse operations when not driving - Maintain all required driver certifications and documentation ## Qualifications - Valid driver’s license required - Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience (2+ years preferred) - Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles - Ability to meet DOT requirements and complete internal driver training - Must be at least 21 years old - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to read and communicate in English (per DOT guidelines) ## Physical Requirements - Frequent lifting (50–75 lbs), bending, stooping, and walking - Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment ## Compensation & Schedule - **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexibility required) - **Pay:** $26–$31/hour (based on experience, skills, and certifications) - Additional earning potential through performance and driving bonuses ## Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance - Paid Time Off (accrued immediately) - Paid holidays starting day one - 401(k) with automatic 3% company contribution - Tuition reimbursement ## Our Culture At Amarr, we value diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.
