**Title:** Delivery Helper **Location:** Danvers, MA **Manager:** Delivery Manager **Job Type:** Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt **Job Schedule:** Monday - Friday 7:15am - 1:00pm - 5:00pm; depending on route and daily workload **Pay Range:** $18.00 - $22.00/hr; $18.00/hr start **Objective:** Delivery Helpers are paired with CDL Drivers for each truck route. Primary responsibilities of Delivery Helpers are to assist with navigation and to unload and deliver products to each account. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts. - Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas. - Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport. - Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier. - Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the warehouse to be returned to the supplier. - Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members. **Qualifications & Requirements** - High school diploma or GED required. - Must be **at least 21 years** of age.
