## Company Description **Pacific Delivery and Logistics, LLC** an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is searching for motivated individuals, looking for a new opportunity as a delivery driver. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. **Join a team that values your hard work!** **This position is based out of WWG1 in PASCO, WA.** We proudly serve the Columbia Basin of Eastern Washington including the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, and Pendleton areas. ## Job Description **Compensation:** - $23.00 starting hourly pay. - Up to $1,120.50.00 per week \* includes Base Pay + Overtime Opportunities + Bonuses **Pacific Delivery and Logistics provides Performance Reviews with pay increases.** Performance reviews focus on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety. **These include:** - 90-day performance review and opportunity to move from $23 to $23.50 per hour. - 6-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.00 per hour. - 12-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.50 per hour. **Delivery Driver Benefits:** - Paid Time Off .04 per hour worked - Incentive Bonuses - Paid Delivery Driver Training - Flexible Schedule - Safety shoe credit ($125) through Zappos **Delivery Driver Start Time**: - Start time **11:00am** - shifts range between 8-10 hours per day. - Shifts are available 7 days per week. - Full time work week is 4 days with 3 days off a week. - Weekends preferred. ## Qualifications **Requirements to be a Delivery Driver**: - Must be authorized to work in the United States - Must be at least **21 years of age** or older - Must have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States - Must be willing to undergo a 4 Panel (no THC) drug screen - Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van - Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds **Equipment Provided for Delivery Drivers:** - Amazon-branded vehicle provided**, Non-CDL** - Delivery vehicle, gas and insurance - Mobile delivery device - Uniforms - Safety shoes after completion of driver training - Snacks and beverages **What You'll Do:** As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day. You will be a **delivery driver hero** in the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner! **Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:** - Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times - Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information - Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions - Load and unload packages to be delivered ## Additional Information *Health and safety are always a top priority for Amazon and their contracted Delivery Service Partners.
