# Delivery Driver ## Location: La Crosse, WI 54603 **Schilling Supply Company** is a leading independent wholesale distributor of business paper, sanitary service products, industrial and retail packaging supplies, health care disposables, janitorial supplies, and cleaning equipment. With locations in La Crosse, Madison, and Eau Claire, WI, and Rochester, MN, we proudly serve a diverse customer base including industrial and manufacturing accounts, nursing homes, hospitals, schools, lodging and hospitality, and building service contractors. ### Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team at Schilling Supply Company. The ideal candidate will hold a Class A CDL and be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to our customers across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. ### Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to assigned customer locations. - Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and care of products. - Maintain delivery logs and paperwork in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations. - Communicate effectively with office and customers to ensure timely deliveries. - Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues. - Provide excellent customer service and represent Schilling Supply Company professionally. ### Qualifications: - Valid Class A/Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred. - Proven experience as a delivery driver preferred. - Ability to lift and carry heavy packages and materials as needed. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screening. ### Work Schedule: **Monday through Friday, 4-5 days a week, 40 hours guaranteed with overtime available. No weekends, no holidays, and no overnight shifts.**
