## Job Description As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the following duties: \*\*Delivery Operations\*\* - Operate delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards - Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using maps and navigational applications - Locate and deliver orders to designated addresses within the delivery area - Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveries - Maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork \*\*In-Store Support\*\* - Operate all equipment as directed - Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler - Prepare products according to company specifications as needed - Receive and process telephone orders when required - Maintain cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment on a daily basis \*\*Customer and Team Communication\*\* - Communicate effectively with customers and team members both verbally and in writing - Process orders accurately over the phone and in person - Provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed - Comprehend and execute written instructions correctly \*\*Administrative and Financial Responsibilities\*\* - Process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating change - Perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with accuracy - Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens - Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions ## Additional Information At Domino's, we are a brand of honesty, transparency and accountability and we want exceptional people like you to join our team!
