You will manage, mentor, and develop a team of drivers who ultimately ensure that our customers have a great overall experience. You will be reporting to the Delivery Managers and assisting them in ensuring a successful assembly and delivery of customer orders. Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years experience in dispatching/driving role preferred, but not required Working knowledge of optimization techniques and process flow improvements Experience managing a nimble, fast-growing team Computer skills, particularly Excel Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly organized and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask Excels at independent, unsupervised work Personal cell phone to communicate with drivers in emergency situations Doesn’t shy away from holding people accountable Excited about Imperfect Foods and our mission!
