Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day. - **Guest Assistance:** Help guests locate items on or off the sales floor and professionally answer the Deli Department telephone. - **Order Fulfillment:** Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests with attention to detail and quality. - **Customer Service:** Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly using the boomerang principle to ensure a positive experience. - **Quality Control:** Inspect, rotate, maintain proper temperatures, and replenish all deli products on display to ensure high standards. - **Inventory Management:** Maintain proper inventory levels in the deli storage, including containers, lids, spoons, tags, and more. - **Food Safety:** Lead by example in maintaining food safety logs and adhering to all safety standards. - **Efficiency:** Ensure all quality standards, including quantity expectations, are met by 10 am and 5 pm daily. - **Honor Commitments:** Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences - **Support the Team:** Other duties as assigned **What We’re Looking For:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
