Delaware Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class B CDL Driver to join our team at our Bear, DE location. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the safe and timely transportation of goods and materials while adhering to all applicable laws and company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate and maintain Class B commercial vehicles to transport materials to and from job sites, warehouses, and other designated locations. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition. - Load, secure, and unload materials using appropriate equipment, ensuring all cargo is handled safely. - Maintain accurate delivery records, including signed delivery receipts and logs. - Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. - Follow all federal, state, and local driving laws and company safety policies. - Assist with general labor or warehouse duties as needed. **Qualifications:** - Valid Class B CDL license with a clean driving record required. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Class B CDL Driver (preferred). - Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. - Capable of climbing in and out of trucks and trailers, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling during loading and unloading. - Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. - Ability to sit for extended periods while driving. - Adequate hand-eye coordination and dexterity to operate controls safely. **Schedule:** Full-time **What's in it for YOU?** In addition to a stable, safe working environment, we offer our full-time employees competitive compensation and excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Life Insurance/AD&D.
