In this role, you will serve as the **Program Director overseeing the Charlotte campus nursing program**, guiding academic integrity, operational excellence, and the continued growth of our BSN program. You will champion student success, cultivate a high‑performing academic team, and ensure our curriculum and learning experience remain exceptional and future‑focused. As part of this leadership role, you will support the expansion of our **Evening and Weekend Program**, requiring **availability during evenings and weekends** to ensure seamless program delivery and student success.
