Simply put, you'll experience the best that a career in the automotive industry has to offer. ***Pay Range:*** **$20-$25/hr depending on experience** ## Job Description The **Title Clerk** will be responsible for processing vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing exceptional support to our sales and accounting departments. While prior title experience is not required, candidates should have experience in accounting or back office roles such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, or payroll. ***Duties and Responsibilities:*** - Process and file vehicle titles and registrations accurately and efficiently. - Verify title information and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. - Communicate with customers, financial institutions, and state agencies to resolve title issues. - Maintain accurate records of title and registration transactions. - Assist with the preparation and submission of title documents to appropriate agencies. - Support the sales and accounting departments with title-related inquiries and tasks. - Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary documentation and information. - Ensure timely processing of title paperwork to facilitate vehicle delivery. - Provide administrative support to the Title and Registration Manager. - Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. ## Qualifications ***Preferred Qualifications:*** - ***Previous title experience in automotive dealership*** - ***Previous experience with CDK*** - Experience with WebDealer preferred - Experience in accounting or back-office roles (accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll) or title experience. ***Qualifications*** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Motivated self-starter with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. - All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license. ## Additional Information .It's time to make the most important move of your career**.** From our cooperative, team-based approach, to our more than 1,000 internal advancements each year, it's easy to see the difference.
