If you would like to learn about our banking business and help shape it, then join our team! ## Tasks * Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to dealer sales teams and management. * Support motorcycle dealers in effectively presenting and selling finance and leasing solutions. * Identify performance gaps and implement targeted development initiatives. * Monitor dealer performance, analyze business data, and develop action plans to improve results. * Build strong relationships with dealership management and act as a trusted business partner. * Support the launch of new products, campaigns, and commercial initiatives across the dealer network.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve dealer processes, customer retention, and sales effectiveness. ## Requirements * Experience in sales training, dealer development, automotive finance, retail operations, or a related commercial environment. * Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills. * Ability to independently manage projects and extensive travel within Germany. * Passion for motorcycles and a genuine understanding of motorcycle customers and dealerships. * Previous experience within the motorcycle industry is highly desirable. * Motorcycle licence (Class A) is strongly preferred.Fluent German and English language skills, additional Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
