**Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut is seeking innovated, outgoing individuals with a great passion for helping others.** The Vocational & Rehabilitative Program Manager supervises HSA(s) within Goodwill’s Human Services Department of Developmental Services funded programs. The Program Manager maintains a priority role in delivering quality programming, maintaining relationships with funding sources, expanding and monitoring Goodwill's Department of Developmental Services (DDS DSO), and Individualized Home Supports (DDS IHS). Supervise Human Service Associates HSA Lead(s), Case Managers, and coordinators within DDS funded programs. 2. Facilitate team meetings to provide staff with updates on program initiatives and monitor progress of services. 3. Expand DDS vocational & rehabilitative services within Goodwill's service territory (WR). Determine appropriate staffing structures to manage services. 4. Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement within the department by participating in events and initiatives to improve outcomes and services. 5. Coordinate the on boarding process for new hires including scheduling of orientation and 6. training. Identify new participant referrals from funding source and determine eligibility for program admission. 7. Attend meetings with funding sources to receive updates on services, gain relevant feedback, and promote new referrals. Report participant progress updates to relevant stakeholders. 8. Coordinate and participate in the department’s quality assurance reviews of master files, Therap case management software, and other written documentation. 9. Maintain compliance with all CARF standards that are applicable to services and documentation within the department(s). 10. Complete annual performance evaluations for supervisees. 11. Utilize ADP E-time software for the completion and sign-off of staff payroll. 12. Identify and/or facilitate trainings to further develop staff skills and review best practices. 13. Lead monthly Human Services Employment meetings and maximize collaboration amongst 14. departments. Prepare, review and sign-off on billing for assigned programs and services. 15. Interface with administrative staff to review the accuracy of billing and the list of additional authorized services. 16. Seek input from participants, stakeholders and departmental staff when conducting 17. services. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. 18. Maintain all participant files and maintain HIPAA compliance for privacy while ensuring best practices. Under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, this position has access to participant Protected 19. Health Information (PHI). Participate in staff meetings, in-service trainings, staff development programs, professional meetings, conferences, and related programs as requested. 20.
