Come work at a place where we take pride in creating a workplace environment that values hard work, commitment, and growth. ## Click the link below to find out more details about the specific departments within each distribution center! ## [Distribution Center Information Sheet](http://cdn.phenompeople.com/CareerConnectResources/ASQASMUS/documents/DCInfoSheet1-1718298017107.pdf) ## Job Description: **WORK EXPERIENCE:** - 3+ years of loss prevention or security experience required - Supervisory experience preferred **EDUCATION:** - High School diploma or equivalent required - Associate’s degree or greater in relevant field or equivalent years of related work experience preferred **SKILLS & ABILITIES:** - Ability to consistently apply sound judgment, and operate professionally, effectively and ethically as an individual contributor and member of a team - Ability to establish rapport and maintain harmonious working relationships - Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create thorough documentation and interface effectively with individuals at various levels - Excellent organization and time management skills as well as an ability to pay strict attention to detail - Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems and concepts - Strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills - Ability to hire, train and manage several hourly direct reports that work varying shifts 24 hours/day and 365 days per year - Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel - Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform duties **ATTENDANCE:** - Regular attendance required - Ability to work flexible hours such as evening, weekends, and holidays as necessary - On call 24 hours a day **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
