In this unique opportunity, you will accompany an adult with developmental or intellectual disabilities and provide a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and community engagement. * * * ### **About the Role** As a Shared Living Respite Caregiver, you will support individuals with daily living activities while fostering a safe, stable, and enriching environment. As a Shared Living Caregiver, you become a vital part of that mission—helping someone live a fuller, more independent life. ## **Qualifications** - Must be 18 years or older - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship - Ability to pass background checks (CORI/BRC, fingerprinting, etc.) - Experience in caregiving, human services, or a related field preferred—but not required - Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach
