This role focuses on integrating data from systems such as ASIMS, DOEHRS, CarePoint, MHS GENESIS, AFDRSi, ESSENCE, AFSAS, DHASAS, and HPWS; ensuring data quality; and maintaining the tools needed to support multi-domain command and control (MDC2) capabilities. You will also map data elements, connect related data sources, create and maintain a Public Health Knowledge Management data dictionary, and develop Decision Support Systems (DSS) that help leaders evaluate Courses of Action (COAs) and make evidence-based Public Health decisions. **You Must Have:** - Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a security background check - **Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years experience** in a technical field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or another similar degree. - Demonstrated experience of strong knowledge of data visualization principles, data administration, and information management, with 2-4 years of experience working in these fields. - Experience in utilizing and integrating data from various health and military-relevant systems, with the capability to learn and use: ASIMS, DOEHRS (All Modules), CarePoint, C2IMERA, MHS GENESIS, AFDRSi, ESSENCE, AFSAS, DHASAS, and HPWS. - Exhibit expert-level skills in data preparation, including handling diverse and complex datasets, and preparing them for visualization using methods that may include optimization, modeling, and machine learning techniques. - Demonstrated experience utilize data visualization tools to create decision support systems, such as interactive dashboards, Head-Up Displays, and other visual tools to support command decisions. Proficiency in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Envision), data analytical software (SAS), and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is preferred. - Current certification in Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) training or be able to complete the training within one month of employment to ensure compliance…
