Data Scientist

What You'll Do Analyze user behavior, product usage, and business metrics to uncover actionable insights. Define and own key product metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Design and analyze A/B experiments to guide product decisions. Partner with Product, Engineering, AI, and Growth teams to solve high-impact business problems. Measure and improve AI agent quality, reliability, and user success. Build predictive models, segment users, and identify opportunities to improve activation, retention, and engagement. Communicate insights clearly and influence product strategy. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in Product Data Science, Analytics, or a related role. Strong SQL and Python skills with experience working on large datasets. Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data modeling. Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar. Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. Bonus Points Experience with AI or LLM products. Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, dbt, Airflow, or Spark. Experience in consumer products or high-growth startups. Why Emergent?
