Department: 00822 - University Analytics & Institutional Reporting Responsibilities: End to End Survey Project Leadership — Lead all phases of internal survey projects, including scoping, design, sampling, deployment, analysis, and dissemination of results. Stakeholder Consultation — Partner with campus stakeholders to clarify research objectives, identify information needs, and determine the most effective strategies for collecting valid and reliable data. Survey Design & Development — Design, develop, and implement surveys aligned with institutional strategic goals, mission, and operational decision making needs. Sampling Strategy Development — Create sampling plans that ensure representativeness and methodological rigor across diverse university populations. Qualitative Research — Conduct focus groups, interviews, or other qualitative methods to gather deeper insights when appropriate. Survey Administration Methodology — Select appropriate administration modes (online, mixed mode, in person, etc.) based on audience, data type, and research goals. Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis — Analyze survey data using statistical and qualitative techniques; identify trends, correlations, and significant findings that inform institutional priorities.
