We are seeking a full-time Data Insights Analyst to join our Data Insights team. **Salary Range** - $80,000-90,000 This is remote position available to candidates in PA, NJ, or DE Occasional travel to headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA required. **Position Details:** The Data Insights Analyst plays a critical role within the Data Operations team by transforming raw data into meaningful insights that guide organizational strategy and performance. This hands‑on role is responsible for designing robust data structures, mining complex datasets, and supporting analytics initiatives across the organization. The Analyst collaborates closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to identify trends, uncover patterns, and deliver insights that strengthen population health, operational effectiveness, and strategic decision‑making. This position requires deep technical expertise paired with strong business acumen and the ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams.
