While this role supports our purchasing operations, it is heavily focused on high-level data entry, spreadsheet management, and accurate record-keeping rather than traditional supply chain management. The ideal candidate is a proactive "go-getter" who thrives in Excel and QuickBooks, ensuring our purchasing and accounting data is meticulously organized so our company can operate efficiently. ### **Key Responsibilities** - **High-Level Data Entry:** Accurately input, update, and manage purchasing, inventory, and supplier data across company systems, including spreadsheets and QuickBooks. - **Order Processing:** Prepare, process, and track purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment. - **Data Tracking & Record Keeping:** Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
