If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to transformative staffing solutions through innovative data engineering practices, Systech Federal offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career and make a tangible impact. ### Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support business analytics and reporting. - Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Implement and optimize data storage solutions including data lakes, warehouses, and databases to ensure efficient data access. - Monitor and improve the performance, quality, and reliability of data systems across the organization. - Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. - Develop documentation and best practices for data engineering processes and infrastructure. - Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly to maintain operational continuity. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry. - Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases. - Hands-on experience with ETL tools and frameworks such as Apache Airflow, Talend, or Informatica. - Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is highly desirable. - Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala for data processing tasks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
