**Data Compliance Liaison** Location: Peoria, IL **Position Summary** The Data Compliance Liaison position involves understanding the service and reporting expectations of the CCMTP grant and policy requirements, being knowledgeable about each teams’ role/responsibility within the program, learning the program model and protocols, as well as having command of all CCMTP documents and reports. **This position is funded through contract that ends June 30, 2027.** Hours: Monday through Friday, 9a-5p **Working At NYAP** - Competitive salaries and benefits including a 401(k) - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance - 22 days off each year - 11 paid holidays per year - Student loan repayment assistance - Tuition assistance - Friday Summer hours - Work anniversary trips - Mileage reimbursement - Peace Leave - Paid Parental Leave Benefits listed are for eligible employees as outlined by our benefit policy. **Responsibilities** The Data Compliance Liaison will perform duties including, but not limited to: - Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies. - Being responsible for the outcome and continuous quality improvement reporting functions in the appropriate case management system(s) in order to assure that quality and reporting meet requirements and established standards. - Serves as main point of contact and leader for UIC-CON and IDHS for data management issues. - Manages and interprets, all reports and document requests pertaining to IDHS/ UIC-CON and manages on behalf of Prime Agency. - Manages CCMTP forms prior to submission to IDHS, UIC-CON, or subsidy administrator for accuracy and completion. - Audit data systems for missing information and/or service delivery approaching deadlines, as required by the grant and program policies. - Performs training in navigating data systems and managing required reports. - Lead for data integration – ensures sufficient integration between agency’s data and records and CCMTP data within the Caspio WebApp. Organizes the information and manages the inputs of the data/info into the Caspio WebApp. - Being responsible for client data input, tracking, and maintenance and the management of client documents and record - Being responsible for accomplishing tasks related to supporting management in preparing service quality reports. - Performs other duties as requested. **Minimum Qualifications** - **Must have a valid High School Diploma, Technology or Human Services degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.** - **Must have experience in documentation, reporting, and data inputting in electronic health records and case** management systems with proficiency in data entry and typing skills. - Must have the ability to work in NYAP’s various offices and have flexibility. - Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs. **Other Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, and Word. - Entrust Software – data encryption system for the Department of Human Services. - Adobe Acrobat – PDF editing and converting. - Caspio Web App – CCMTP data system. - DocuSign - Must be able to function both independently and as a team. - Must be able to effectively multi-task and be flexible in all situations. - Must have effective communication skills including verbal and written. - Must be open to travel and working non-traditional hours as needed. **Driving and Vehicle Requirements** - Valid driver’s license - Reliable personal transportation - Good driving record - Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,00/$300,000 bodily injury liability If this describes YOU, please apply today! http://www.nyap.org/employment **Who We Are** National Youth Advocate Program has been serving communities and clients since 1978 and we continue to grow each year.
