##### **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Monitors in-house installation teams as well as subcontract actions for contract compliance, monitors risk and contributes suggestions for risk mitigation - Facilitates a culture of continuous process improvement among management team, providing resources and collaborating to implement processes that are streamlined and compliant - Document control including document management systems - Prepare QA plans for various field construction activities - Conduct quality assurance inspections - Perform quality audits of on‐site construction activities - Safety training was required by position - Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed **Essential Education and Qualifications:** - Able to communicate technical information to field personnel as well as management - Must have good verbal and written communication skills - Technical efficiency & knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint **Preferred Skills:** - Prior experience in QA/QC - Prior working experience in telecommunications industry **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
