We are a fast growing and fast paced manufacturing company focused on Water and Electrical Infrastructure, Roads/Bridges, Aerospace and many more industries. **Data Center Infrastructure OEM Sales – Contract Manufacturing** Sheet Metal Fabrication, Welding & Electromechanical Integration Pen Manufacturing is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure OEM Sales expert to lead strategic business development and expansion within hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center ecosystems. This role is responsible for securing and scaling long-term OEM and infrastructure manufacturing partnerships supporting mission-critical data center builds across North America. We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong experience in OEM manufacturing environments who understands how to build durable, high-value infrastructure partnerships. * * * Role Overview • Develop and expand OEM relationships within the data center infrastructure ecosystem • Drive new business with hyperscalers, integrators, and critical infrastructure providers • Structure long-term manufacturing agreements and production programs • Build executive-level relationships with procurement, engineering, and operations leaders • Lead pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiations • Align customer requirements with engineering and manufacturing capabilities • Support strategic growth and vertical expansion initiatives * * * Ideal Background • 10–20+ years of sales or strategic account leadership experience • Direct experience selling into data center infrastructure required • Existing relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, or infrastructure providers strongly preferred • Background in sheet metal fabrication, welding, electrical infrastructure, or electromechanical assemblies preferred • Proven success securing large-scale OEM production programs • Strong executive presence and ability to operate at senior customer levels Candidates without direct data center or OEM manufacturing experience will not be considered. * * * Compensation: $70,000–130,000 Commission Bonus: $0–300,000+ per year Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive Uncapped commission tied to OEM revenue growth Clear path to expanded commercial leadership as the data center division scales
