This role transforms raw data into clear, compelling narratives through dashboards, reports, and analyses that help stakeholders understand performance, identify trends, and prioritize opportunities. The Data Analyst serves as a key resource across departments - working with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to answer data-driven questions and drive continuous improvement. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end sales process for assigned prospects from initial discovery through contract execution. - Conduct compelling discovery calls and product/service demonstrations tailored to prospect needs. - Develop and present customized proposals and pricing packages. - Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas. - Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts in the CRM. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target accounts. - Collaborate with SDR/BDR team on outbound strategies and account prioritization. - Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention. - Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on prospect conversations and market insights. - Continuously develop product knowledge and competitive positioning. - 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role. - Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases. - Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar). - Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into clear business insights. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. - Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences. - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy standards - Strong english proficiency (B1- C1) ### Nice to have - Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, or automation. - Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar). - Familiarity with dbt for data transformation. - Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance analysis. - Background in ecommerce, SaaS, or marketing analytics. - Knowledge of data modeling concepts and dimensional design. - **Remote Work:** Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work-life balance. - **Growth Opportunities:** As a key player i you’ll have the chance to shape your role…
