About You Tackle is seeking a Data and Communication Specialist to guide organizations in executing Go-To-Market GTM strategies while fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring success partnering to and through the Cloud Providers. In this role, you will work closely with Alliances and Sales Operations leadership, leveraging Tackle’s proven Operating Model to optimize workflows, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable outcomes on behalf of our customers. This position is ideal for a highly skilled professional who excels in collaboration, results-oriented communication, relationship building, and executing on strategic initiatives understanding the complexities of Cloud Providers. What You'll Do : Drive Operational Excellence: Execute the core operational workflows that form the backbone of our paid service offerings, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers. Optimize Customer Business Operations : Act as a dedicated resource for customers to streamline their data management, reduce manual overhead, and improve their operational speed. Manage Inbound Flow : Monitor partner and internal portals daily for new inquiries or referrals, managing the acceptance process and routing leads to the appropriate teams. Coordinate Information Sharing: Systematically exchange data and updates with external partners on a consistent weekly cadence to keep all stakeholders aligned. Facilitate Professional Connections: Draft and send tailored communications to bridge the gap between internal sales teams and external partners, ensuring timely introductions. Maintain Strict Data Hygiene: Take full ownership of data accuracy across multiple platforms. This includes performing regular audits, updating records, and ensuring all systems reflect a single "source of truth." Support Pipeline Accuracy : Perform routine reporting on project statuses and manage update processes to ensure accurate forecasting and historical records for customers. Support System Optimization: Assist in establishing procedural foundations by configuring platform settings, optimizing CRM layouts, and implementing workflow automation to better serve customer needs. What You Should Have: Proven Experience: 3+ years of Demonstrated success in customer success, partner management, or GTM operations. Operational Excellence : Demonstrated ability to execute complex, structured workflows and maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Customer-Centric Mindset: A desire to help customers succeed by taking ownership of their administrative and operational activities. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and a strong understanding of how to optimize data fields, permissions, and automation. Data-Driven Focus: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining data parity and hygiene across disparate systems.
