NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: - Substitute for teachers in various positions as needed (emergency and planned absences) QUALIFICATIONS: - Required minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university - Experience working with children JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Be Flexible - Follow a lesson plan - Provide a well-managed, safe, student-centered environment that is academically challenging and respectful - Communicate effectively with students, school personnel, families and the community - Maintain a professional demeanor, participate in professional growth opportunities and positively contribute to the profession - Available Long Term Sub positions for 10+ days in same role
