WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!) - Minimum 12 years of education. - Male - Strong Urdu communication skills. - Residing in Lahore WHAT YOU WILL DO - Respond to customer calls and text chats. - Diagnose and tackle customer-facing issues. - Analyze recurring problems and propose solutions. - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints.
