Cin7 Sri Lanka is proud of our culture and has been officially recognised with Great Place to Work® Certification™ How you'll make an impact: As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work directly with Cin7 customers to ensure they get maximum value from our platform and deliver a great customer experience. Working in partnership with our Sales and Onboarding teams, you will help our customers achieve their business goals, while driving retention and growth for Cin7. You will also amplify the voice of the customer internally by driving continuous feedback into our Product, Engineering and Marketing teams on ways we can better serve our customers. You will work with internal stakeholders to remove barriers, find solutions, and provide a delightful experience to your accounts.
