**Job Summary** The incumbent will be responsible for selling and day-to-day retail area operations and assistance with the management of other staff members during the shift. The sales representative will focus on customers both in the store and on the phone. **Responsibilities and Duties** *Customer Service (70%)* The sales representative will spend the majority of time servicing customers in the retail area, on the range and on the phone. Service includes direct sales to customers and members, answering questions on products and services. This also includes the safety functions of range operations. *Administrative Activities (15%)* The sales representative will allocate some time toward administrative functions of the sales floor. This will include some minor reports, inventory tracking and counts along with other admin duties as assigned. *Store Maintenance (15%)* The sales representative will allocate some time toward maintaining the store and its displays. This includes clothing and product displays, providing a safe range free of debris, trash and restrooms. **Qualifications and Skills** - Customer service experience required - Sales experience required - Firearms knowledge preferred - Able to lift 50 pounds over your head - Able to stand for long periods of time
