Skills and Abilities:** - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous experience in a retail environment, preferred. - Must be at least 16 years old. - Computer literacy. - Fun, friendly and happy. - Ability to learn policies and procedures. **Working Conditions:** - Retail environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products. - Constant standing with frequent bending and lifting. - Employees are expected to come to work and maintain full store operations in all weather conditions unless closure of the store is ordered by the company.
