Customer Service Representative (WC)

COMPASSIONATE CARE.** Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Webb City, MO, is seeking a **Customer Service Representative; Receptionist** to join our **Webb City Clinic**. **Our Mission:** *Ozarks Community Hospital and clinics are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare and preventive services to all patients in an atmosphere of compassion, respect, and dignity, with a commitment to care for the underserved and to improve access to care.* Under the direction of the Clinic Manager provides direct and indirect patient assistance and care in the office/clinic settings. Assists in development and orientation of new office / clinic staff. Assists in coordinating activities of the office /clinic. Assists with covering work schedules and assists to improve work flow.
