We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. - Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat. - Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions. - Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. **Minimum Requirements** - High school diploma or equivalent.
