Headquartered in Boston, Veolia has more than 10,000 employees working at more than 350 locations across North America. ## Job Description **Position Purpose:** Responsible for the communication of all customer accounts within a region, including pricing, contract specifications, resolving invoice discrepancies, etc., to ensure accuracy of customer and/or Veolia personnel inquiries. **Primary Duties/Responsibilities:** - Answer all customer inquiries on a variety of issues pertaining to regulated medical waste disposal options, pricing, and contracts. - Respond to problem calls with respect to pickup and scheduling by informing appropriate personnel of dates, customers, and scheduling data. - Customer data entry - Waste record keeping - Provide additional services or maintain the current customer base. - Acts as liaison with customers and Veolia personnel in determining existing contract specifications, pricing, options, regulations, etc., to better service customer needs. - Other duties as assigned. ## Qualifications **Education/Experience/Background:** - High School diploma or GED required. - BS in Business or related discipline preferred - 3-4 years of customer service experience preferred - 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** - Extensive knowledge in communications - Strong team player - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines - Strong customer orientation ## Additional Information **Pay Rate:** $22.78 per hour **Benefits:** Our employees are covered by comprehensive benefits packages including paid time off policies; health, dental, vision, and life insurance; retirement plans, savings accounts; tuition reimbursement; paid volunteering and more.
