WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Working at our Cottage Grove facility, the Customer Service Team is working in partnership with our customers and suppliers delivering superior products. This position will specialize in our Building Materials division. Your team will serve as a call center for our Cottage Grove market. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Living Out Lumbermen’s Culture – Modeling Lumbermen’s core values while creating an atmosphere where Lumbermen’s is ‘first choice’ of our customers. Modeling Safety – Being a safety-minded team player who will contribute to the protection of all employee owners. Quoting Products – Generating and delivering product quotes for customers accurately and in a timely manner. Managing Inventory – Maintaining and managing inventory stock levels. Customer/Vendor Support – Answer incoming customer/vendor inquiries and assisting them in timely problem resolution. Order Data Entry – Entering incoming orders received from customers accurately and efficiently. Production Collaboration – Working in tandem with the production team to ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders. Product Specialist – Act as the in-house subject matter expert for a specific category with our product lines providing technical assistance externally and internally. Potential product line includes James Hardie/Azek/Timbertech. At Lumbermen’s, our business is built on relationships.
