The more you participate, the more you earn! **SCHEDULE** 7:30am-8pm; 3-12 hour shifts **WORK LOCATION** Sunday/Tuesday/Friday at Southside Urgent Care *\*\*Must be available to work at Westside Urgent Care if needed* \*\*Holiday rotation **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. - Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. - Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. - Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. - Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. - Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions. **REQUIREMENTS** - High School Diploma/GED is required. - Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. - Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment ### About the Team Indiana University Health is Indiana’s most comprehensive health system, with 15 hospitals and nearly 40,000 team members serving Hoosiers across the state.
