Ability to multi-task and effectively manage customer calls and other administrative responsibilities is essential. **What your role will look like** - Accurately and appropriately manage and respond to customer questions, concerns and inquiries - Take incoming calls from Service Technicians and provide servicing and dispatch support - Timely and accurate managing of the service call scheduling and dispatching. - Provide customer with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means, and assist customer to achieve total satisfaction - Prepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as charges or credits on customer accounts - Filing of customer documentation in appropriate folders **What you’ll bring to this role** - Education: Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent - Experience operating a multi-line/function phone system - Must possess general knowledge of applicable codes to assist technicians - Demonstrate ability to read and write in English and perform basic math skills. - Demonstrate ability to multi-task. - Demonstrate reliability and good customer service skills. **** **Apply now to heat up your career at Eastern!**
