Customer Service Representative (CSR)

**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)** This position will support Rothe Development, Inc. at the Commercial Calibration Laboratory located in Houston, TX. **RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:** - Responsible for interfacing with customers in person, on the phone or through email and relaying their needs to the proper staff personnel. - Responsible for shipping and receiving customer equipment and parts through both 3rd party services and in-house methods. - Assist driver in packing and loading tools for delivery. - Responsible for final quality inspection of completed equipment. - Maintain files containing outsourced tool paperwork and customer purchase orders including scanning to PDF and filing as required. - Assist the office manager with other tasks and drive as needed. - Be aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the management system. **QUALIFICATIONS**: - This position requires no formal experience and a clean driving record. - Will be trained with OJT (On Job Training). - Reports to the Office Manager. - This position offers; Vacation, Sick leave, Paid holidays, 401k
