We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping homeowners schedule the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services they need. What You'll Do Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, confirm service, and support marketing campaigns. Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently while maximizing technician availability. Educate customers on our services, promotions, and membership programs. Work closely with Dispatch and Operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset. Accurately document customer interactions, appointments, and notes within our CRM and scheduling software. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including booking rates, call quality, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Previous customer service or call center experience required. Home service industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar) is a plus. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers. Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Proficient with computers, CRM software, and scheduling systems. Reliable, dependable, and a team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.
