The Customer Service Rep will be working closely with the Inside Sales team ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our customers. **** **Key Responsibilities:** **** - Day-to-day liaison with nominated accounts; provide support as necessary and assist customers with special requests. - Processing of orders, contracts, and amendments using the Knowles Oracle ERP system, ensuring that the terms of sale meet the requirements of the company by cross-checking with the Knowles CRM system. - Responsible for the resolution of rescheduling and/or re-routing of product, shipping issues and/or delays, returned goods and pricing issues in a timely manner. - Deal with any quality concerns and coordinate with the appropriate quality department for corrective action and follow-up to achieve customer satisfaction. - Attend meetings as required. - Communicate with other Knowles departments regarding customer related issues. **Required Qualifications:** - Working knowledge & understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not necessary. - Experience with Oracle and SalesForce a plus, but not necessary. - Strong customer service skills for both internal and external customers. - Due to government regulations, this position requires access to ITAR-controlled information.
