We're looking for a friendly and empathetic individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers. - Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and understanding - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and update account information in our database - Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors - Provide personalized solutions to meet individual customer needs - Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge - Pay range $12-18 ## Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using computers and customer service software - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred - Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations - Team player with a positive attitude - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
