## Job Description We are seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orange. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, in person, in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently - Identify and escalate complex issues to managment - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies - Achieve performance targets and quality assurance standards ## Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed - Knowledge of our products or services is a plus
