As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service. - Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally - Take accurate customer orders and input them into our system - Process cash transactions and handle payments securely - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist with various tasks to support smooth store operations - Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times ## Qualifications - Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required - Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly - Proven multitasking skills and attention to detail - Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively - Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team - Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training! ## Additional Information We arguably have the most flexible schedule options of any company in the area.
