Customer Relationship Manager

**Mandate:** Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Sales, the **Customer Relationship Manager** will serve as the key liaison between our sales representatives and the operations team. In this role, you will support existing accounts while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through both inside and outside sales outreach. Responsibilities include preparing customer quotes, maintaining and updating databases, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
