About the Opportunity: Our Leadership Development Program starts where many Carvana leaders did, the Market Operations Customer Advocate role. Along with creating memorable experiences on the driveway or at our state of the art Car Vending Machine, you’ll also: Put our AI and products to work every day (we're a tech company that also sells cars), learning the systems that move a car from click to customer. Learn how a world-class fulfillment operation moves cars, haulers, and people from first to last mile, and build the skills to lead one. General qualifications and requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather (some markets may require deliveries to be made in the snow, while other markets require deliveries to be made in the summer heat) . Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours) Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs. Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
