We book fast, show up fast, and deliver top-tier service — and we need a CCR who moves just as fast. **What You'll Do:** - Handle inbound calls and convert every real opportunity into a booked job using proven scripts - Make daily outbound calls to past customers and new leads — cold calls, maintenance reminders, follow-ups, reviews, duct cleaning, memberships, and more - Manage and confirm jobs on the schedule, acting as dispatcher and keeping the board moving - Serve as a front-line customer service representative for our brands - Take a rotating on-call shift covering 8pm–8am. Here's the good news: **our AI answers the overnight calls.** You're only stepping in for escalations or true after-hours emergencies the AI can't handle — not fielding every ring - Pitch in on other admin duties as needed - Hit your targets.
