It’s an opportunity to grow, develop, and be part of a high-performing team that values communication, teamwork, and exceptional homeowner experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Communicate with homeowners and trade partners by phone and email - Coordinate repair scheduling and follow up on service requests - Help troubleshoot common homeowner concerns and identify solutions quickly - Partner with multiple departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently - Deliver a positive, professional, and helpful experience in every interaction - Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented **This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now.
